Creating Safe, Respectful and Inclusive Campus Culture

We partner with higher education providers to build person-centred, trauma-informed and intersectional strategies that prevent gender-based violence and foster respect. Our programs also align with the National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-based Violence.

Why It Matters (first body section)

Every student and staff member deserves a safe, respectful and inclusive environment. The new National Higher Education Code makes this a clear expectation, requiring providers to prevent and respond to gender-based violence across leadership, systems, training, and support.

Elevate Consulting Partners brings deep expertise and proven solutions that help universities not just comply with the Code, but transform their cultures into safer, more respectful spaces for learning and work.

Our Approach

Three pillars (use icons):

  • Person-centred – Safety, dignity and lived experience guide every response.

  • Trauma-informed – Training and systems reflect best practice in understanding and responding to trauma.

  • Intersectional – We address how gender, culture, race, disability and other factors shape risks and experiences
